Warning: Spoilers
The way Nathan fights with the lawyer is so cringe-worthy and the Dumb Starbucks taking over and becoming so big is comedic gold. Nathan has a great sense of dead pan and dry humour which brings out absolute bangers like these. The final touch of "please visit Helio coffee" is a sweet gesture.
Dumb Starbucks

Warning: Spoilers
Nathan tries to help a struggling coffee shop by rebranding it as a Starbucks using parody law. To do this, he had to establish himself as a parody artist by creating song parodies and setting up a parody art gallery. Since he was left to do all of the work, he cut ties with the coffee shop and went off on his own to create the first Dumb Starbucks.
Nathan rented a space and began construction on the coffee shop. He hired two employees and opened Dumb Starbucks to the public. Their first day was disappointing, as he went to a nearby Starbucks to try and lure customers to his shop. The next day, Dumb Starbucks became a worldwide phenomenon as hundreds of people waited in line for their dumb coffee.
Nathan announced another Dumb Starbucks would be opening in New York. Dumb Starbucks merchandise became popular and Nathan appeared on late night shows. Dumb Starbucks was technically an art gallery. It wasn't long until the health department shutdown the business due to not having proper permits. He tried to get help from the coffee shop he gave up on but he wanted nothing to do with him. Ultimately, Nathan decides to shutdown Dumb Starbucks for good.
"You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain." This quote fits with the episode as Nathan abandons the coffee shop he's trying to help, taking away their customers and eventually putting them out of business.

The rise and fall of Nathan and dumb Starbucks... this episode seems so unreal, I had to google it to make sure that this really happened.
This proves again that Nathan For You is one of the best tv shows ever made... there's nothing like it.

The eternal brilliance of Dumb Starbucks

Revisited it again recently. It is really one of the most masterful comedic moments in television (excuse the hyperbole).
If you haven't heard of it, the setup is basically Fielder convinces a local Los Feliz coffee shop owner to "re-brand" his shop by establishing himself under a "parody law", arguing that calling it "Dumb" Starbucks would not get him into trouble because it would clearly be seen as a satirical "installment".
I won't spoil it here, but the rest, as they say, is history. (i.e. Check Yelp). It's the "true" parts of this episode that make it stand above the other ironic, sardonic and irreverent content out there. What Fielder accidentally stumbles into, we witness in real time...
And it is glorious.
