This episode is about jeans. However, the history of the product is not especially lengthy and it seemed that it was difficult to fill the hour with this. So, the show talked about a lot of cultural changes and tied jeans to them. Oddly, however, the show never talked much about Levi Strauss and rival denim companies. Instead, it seemed as if the show used it as a way to talk about other things, such as racism or egalitarianism.
This episode seemed to be quite padded. After all, these are just jeans! And, as such, it was enjoyable but not especially deep or life-changing! Well worth seeing but also one that if you skip it you won't exactly miss much.
