A tribute to choreographer-dancer Lester Horton by Alvin Ailey, Carmen de Lavallade and James Truitte, all former members of his company. They perform works by Horton, including "Sarong Paramibo" (with Javanese and African dance movements), "Orozco" (a salute to the Mexican painter Jose Clemente Orozco), "The Beloved", and a portion of "The Liberian Suite" (inspired by Horton's admiration for the work of Duke Ellington.)
