I am definitely far above the target age of this show, but I absolutely loved it nonetheless. To put it simply, there is no other show quite like this one. Educational kids shows usually put me off by shoving the 'education' aspect into the middle of the storyline, yet this show does it flawlessly. All the while, it sends an excellent message about the importance of taking care of our planet.
The storyline itself has in incredibly compelling lore, and every season ended with a hook that left me longing for another episode. Each and every character was distinct, complex, and they continued to develop throughout the series. I particularly enjoying watching the shift in relationships and interactions between characters (especially fontaine and finn ✨).
This is one of few series that I have been able to enjoy despite moving past my younger years, and I sincerely hope they will renew it for a season 5 sometime this year!
