I have scraped the bottom of the barrel using IMDB's advanced search in order to find all of these movies to watch - popular ones, diamonds in the rough, foreign films, etc, etc, etc.
This is a list of movies that are rated 7.4 or lower (as of 8/7/20), which I feel should have a higher rating - in some cases perhaps just a .1 or .2 higher, in others the film is substantially lower than I feel it should be.
