Character advancement is slow, almost non-existent. Amara copes with not having the money and power she used to, but everyone else is doing what they always do. No one appears to be growing or changing, least of all our hero Miles.
Plot development is very slow. Most scenes meander and the story doesnt move forward a lot. But its as well acted as always and theres still good dialog. But I think I can see why season 3 is short and also the last.
