Duane Deaver has been fully discredited, as he was one of the main witnesses for the prosecution, an opportunity arrives to question the original decision of a trial.
David Rudolf is such an eloquent speaker, I didn't care for him earlier on in the series, but as time has gone on, I've changed my opinion quite a lot, I think he genuinely believes in his client's innocence, and he's fighting for him.
I found Deaver's evidence pretty compelling early on, he wasn't a good speaker, but he made a good case, and it was all nonsense.
I see a real difference in Peterson, and I don't just mean physically. I don't mind admitting it, I'm conflicted. Where was this true emotion during the original trial, I didn't see any of it, interesting.f
If it was designed to make you think, it did. 8/10.
