Excellent Episode - shows the writers' ability

I don't usually give a 10, but this and the next episode shows that the writers can deal withdrama when it is required.

As a big Chicago Fire fan, most things don't come to par, but up to this point, It surpasses it.

I don't understand how the previous reviewer could watch this episode and give it 2 stars, complaining about a relationship.

This show has lost my interest. As much as I like Peter Krause and Angela Bassett, I'm not believing their relationship. And no, it has nothing to do with race, it has to do with their lack of chemistry or passion towards each other. Maybe that will change as we see their relationship progress. When the fella fell out the window of the hotel and landed on the ground, I was surprised. Didn't the FD say they were going to put an air bag underneath "just in case"? If so, where was it? I sure didn't see it anywhere near where he landed. Last season had some unbelievable storylines - like Buck taking the fire truck out when he wanted to make a booty call. How is that even possible? But they got around that storyline by giving him a stable relationship - that one was more believable than B & A's. I'll give it another couple of episodes and see if my opinion changes. I like to give new shows a decent chance....
