This film surprised me, in a good way. Elegantly filmed and directed, had me crying at several points as I followed the story. Only those who have lived in Cuba and known freedom afterwards will understand why we rejoice when we see movies like this one, that brings the eyes of the world into our small island, where the eyes of many are forced to remain lowered and where something so simple as a sport can be banned. The film is tasteful, informative, coherent, emotional and above all, it shows reality. That's more than enough to win 10 stars for me. So glad I watched... So thankful it was made.
