Im Really loving this show! the Vampires, witches and demons are really done so well, not in a childish way like vampire diaries,
but rather in an adult and serious way...The mythology on this show has been researched and it shows..The effects are Great to showcase the witches abilities...Forcefields and teleportation in tonights episode were fantastic to watch..The actors are top rate with the exception, and i hate to say it, of the lead actress witch..
She is just one of those people with a monotone ,lifeless droning-type manner of speaking..Its not always present, she may not even be aware that she speaks in that way.....but she does and it takes away from her character..It very similar, heaven forbid, to the monotone of the twighlight actress lead who was also in love with a vampire..Do the casting studios Look for that in their choices? Anyway, a minor peeve, she does the role well and the others do their acting superbly..Just a fantastic treat of a show for people who love adult themed and nicely done supernatural tv series....Here is a thought in regards to tonights episode that
Ive notice on other vampire movies and shows as well..One of the vampires was at risk of "dying"
which begs the thought, are they supposed to be "dead" already?

Wait... this was the final?!?!

I watch this show with my family and when the episode finished we all thought "ahh another cliffhanger like every other episode, we'll see what happens next week" it wasn't till I decided to see what people thought about the episode on here I found out it was the last episode, this in no way felt like a series final it was just an average episode one may say filler.
Okay episode, bad finale, all round average series.
Very exciting

Direct quotes from my first watching of this episode, in order: "Oh, no", "Oh, wow", "Oh, boy", "Oh, cool", "Oh, no!", "Well, fudge".
The episode is very exciting, and I was kept in suspense for a large portion of the time. But for final episode of a season I had expected something... different. The best way I can explain it is that I would have been happy if this ending had been the ending of the first episode of next season.
The only reason I give this episode such a high score despite it having a bad cliffhanger ending, is that I already know there will be a season 2 and that I have the books to entertain me until then.

I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute of
"A Discovery Of Witches"!
I liked it so much, I've bought
"The All Souls Trilogy", on which it's based.
I enjoy Series about the Supernatural; but this
Is the first one, in an age, where the Characters
are mature adults! It gives the Show more
credibility!
Can't wait for Season Two....
Does anyone know when it starts????
I'd really love to know!
Nothing much is settled. Wait for Season Two

Anticlimactic

I'm all for a good cliffhanger, but this offers no resolution to any ongoing matters. If anything, the whole episode was a ploy to keep interest til the new season is released. Newsflash: I wouldn't have watched this long if I didn't like the show.
Diana and Baldwin

Warning: Spoilers
I'm just half way through this episode. Baldwin has arrived in Madison and him and Diana greet each other like they've never met! But they met when Baldwin had gone to look for Mathew and Diana and arrived the same day Satu kidnapped Diana. He went with Mathew in the helicopter to go and rescue Diana so why pretend like they've never met? Also, there's this whole build up or Juliet's character but her exit is so anti-climactic. I love this show but it's really lacking in some plot areas.
