These Stephen Thrower featurettes keep getting better and better and the film historian and Jess Franco author continues to impress in this series. This time out he takes a look at the film TWO FEMALE SPIES WITH FLOWERED PANTIES, which has a great title and some interesting bits of info. Thrower once again does a terrific job at explaining what Franco was doing during this period of his career and he gets into some personal information that might have helped get this film made. From here he gets into the production of the movie, the two versions of it and of course goes into detail about connections that it has to other Franco films. At 28-minutes this featurette really goes into some terrific details as Thrower breaks down the making of the film as well as its overall importance (or lack of) in Franco's career. Fans of the director and author will certainly want to check this one out.
