- The episode features many people being brutally beaten up via karate, thrown out windows and off buildings, and being shot or people firing weapons.
- Several scenes where the members of the group attack bank robbers and assailants were very violent and gory. Stab wounds show spurting blood several times. Many people are killed and fall dead. A boy goes through a door where he apparently attacks and kills several people and then emerges with blood smeared on his clothes and skin.
- Two men get into a fist fight, one ends up minimally hurt

- Bank robbers and henchmen are slaughtered by number 5.
- A child cuts a tracker out of his arm with a large knife.
- Number 5 is in a cafe with another man when a fight ensues. This involves some neck snapping, shooting etc. Number 5 stabs a man in the eye with a knife then the camera looks back as 5 removes the knife. Quite brief so can look away when the fight begins, it's quite obvious when 5 picks up the knife from the counter when this will happen.

- One character is a drug addict, and is seen using a variety of legal and illegal drugs plus drinking alcohol throughout the episode.
