In the nine minutes allotted for this film school project, too much story was endeavoured to be told in too little time and space. More flushing out was needed on several fronts: why the victim was the object of such abuse, how he came about to find himself in a position of power over his persecutors and, most importantly, what actually occurred as a result of this confrontation. Lacking such, the film presents a heightened dramatic confrontation for which both narrative and thematic underpinnings are lacking.
