I stopped watching this crappy excuse of a series, but I just saw another (abysmally bad by the way) movie called The Sweeney (2012) starring Hailey, and I thought I give it another chance.
I like Hailey Atwell but this series is terrible.
I mean the writing, the characters main and supporting and the guests, the dialogues...they make you wanna break the TV. Not to mention the stupid premise and this unnecessary squad that even the show itself doesn't forget to bash any chance it gets.
I also found the pseudo-political message of this episode plain stupid. The black cop seriously worries about the well being of her son with so much ...racism in the world we're living.
If you want to see the tall black actress of the upcoming Baywatch movie check it out. Have in mind though that her lines (and attitude) are terribly written, even for the worst soap-opera in the whole wide world.
