I, on the contrary of the top review, found this series and this episode the best and absolutely nothing like a filler.

A great ep and sad

Warning: Spoilers
I will miss Astrid for 3 reasons. One is she is a great actress. Two, it's so sad that Peter couldn't see that she loved him. Lastly she'll be missed.
Finally everything starts to come together in prep for the finale.
Can't Stop Watching

Despite its flaws, this show does a great job of hooking me in and it continues to build great momentum in the second half of the season. I'm very much into the Quinn story, and I love that Max is undercover. I find Carrie's behavior right now to be frustrating and I think she's smarter than this. The President-Elect is such a flip flopper and I find her irritating even though I started the season liking her, so I don't know what to make of that yet.
Sock Puppets

They are really wasting Hill Harper. We saw on Covert Affairs in a similar role he can create compelling characters, but he's a lifeless sidekick on this show.
This was more of fun rogue Quinn, but his story has still gotten Breaking Bad series finale improbable as of late.

useless fillers

There are a lot of useless fillers, this series has become real garbage, they are broke. They try but fail miserably to keep the suspense by starting each episode with some banalities that are unrelated to the previous episode's ending. Very repugnant.
