Well the previews looked promising but unfortunately the end product was ho hum to say the least.
The humor in this show is just so blah as in bland , boring, and horribly executed .
The acting is fine and I like the storyline of the youngest son being gay .
However that being said the show just isn't that funny having nothing to do with sexuality or religion considering I'm gay and atheist .
I'm hoping it improves my mom and I didn't barely laugh much less chuckle through the first two episodes .
Not ready to give a permanent pass willing to continue in the hopes that the next few episodes show major improvement .
They really need to go back to the drawing board when it comes to showing humor that can actually make you laugh instead of politely chuckle out of pity.
