Why OJ Simpson Lost The Civil Trial
a_baron9 October 2015
So why did Simpson lose the civil case? The real question is however did he get away with the criminal trial? This is the story of the former, and the evidence against Simpson was so absolutely overwhelming that it beggars belief anyone could have had even an unreasonable doubt about his guilt.

The civil trial also saw new evidence, including photographs of the expensive shoes he was wearing at the time of the murder, which were never found, and which Simpson denied owning.

This documentary includes contributions from many people associated with the case, and a discussion of the forensic evidence. The jury awarded the plaintiffs $25 million punitive damages. Afterwards, Fred Goldman offered to tear up the judgment if Simpson would confess to the double murder. Simpson declined, and took another path, one which landed him back behind bars where he belongs.
