The glorious Gordon Buchanan goes on a hunt for snow wolves up in the arctic circle and the results are charming and a little melancholy. The results depend on how much you like watching Buchanan in tents of various sizes pontificating on the location of the aforementioned wolves and the charming-but-illusory concept of him on his own (he's being filmed by someone, surely) bonding with this wild clan of woofers. I do very much like him, so it comfortably enters the canon of his soporific little "and me" documentaries. Whether it held enough content to be spread across two episodes is another question. Perhaps I'll set up a tent and scope out the answer from afar.

I have just stumbled across this great WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER 🐺 Gordon Buchanan's movie - Snow Wolf Family & Me. I love wolves & will watch any documentary on them. So with Gordon talking throughout his documentaries... is his way of just sharing HIS excitement, & the REAL LIFE risks in what it takes to bring this to our screens.... & wishing we could be right beside him.... seeing, hearing, smelling, touching...🐺📽 EXPERIENCING WILDLIFE.

If only the host stopped talking

Would have been a great series if the host of this series focused more on the wolves instead of his constant need to be filmed talking about himself and what he thinks.
Title should be "me, me, me, and some wolves" Lol.
