- There are strong sexual references in dialogue, particularly when talking to the porn star character Jessie. References are made to oral sex, masturbation, sex toys, sexual positions, etc.
- Some crude sexual language/terms are used such as "whore" and "slut" between angry characters.
- Photos are often received by girls after a successful date. As you reach the final date, the photos get progressively more explicit. Some of these photos depict masturbation, bare breasts, cameltoe, etc. However, nothing worse than you would see in an R-rated movie.
- The "final date" is very explicit and pushes the game to an NC-17 level of sexual content. The female character you are trying to please will moan in pleasure, swear, and disrobe the further you get. After winning, you are given three photos of varying explicit levels; one which only shows bare breasts, one which shows the girl's vagina, and another which shows full-frontal nudity along with semen on a part of the girl's body.

- The only real difference is the "final date" only has one photo, and it is the least explicit. Nothing below the waist is seen, nor is semen. All other sexual content is left intact.

- Profanity such as "f**k", "s**t", "pussy", "bitch", "ass", "damn", and "hell" is used frequently in both versions. There is infrequent use of the word "c**t".
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The player can buy and give drugs like steroids, cocaine, marijuana, prescription antibiotics and nicotine patches.
- Alcohol is available for purchase throughout the game; some girls will happily accept it, others will refuse depending on the location/time of day.
- One character, Audrey, makes references to drug use; if the player says they don't do drugs, she will respond with "Ew. Well, you need to start."
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Unlike games such as 'Doki Doki Literature Club!' and 'Yandere Simulator', this game is ridiculously lighthearted and comical.
