Wow, I just finished watching this film, and I have to say that it was excellent! I did not expect it to be anywhere near as good as it was due to it being an independent film, but I was happily mistaken!
The film follows a man who just got out of prison after doing 15 years. Prior to going into prison he was the leader of a gang that ruled certain blocks in Chicago. He wants to change his life, but he has to contend with a wife who is unsupportive of his change and a son who is in to deep to go back.
It's was a phenomenal film and some thing I would recommend to anybody who is interested in gangster movies!
The message of the film is a deep one.
