Another fantastic episode of Jujutsu Kaisen with few, but notable, flaws. The episode, as always, delivers with truthfully adapting the work of Gege Akutami. The voice acting is great as it has been throughout the series, and there were some brilliant cuts that you simply could not overlook.
In contrast, there was noticeably a lack of fluidity in the action content, with the Dagon fight opting for many slow-mo shots. Some action sequences, such as Naobito freezing fish shikigami and smashing them, were also completely cut.
Overall, an entertaining episode that's enjoyment is only slightly held back by animation quality which is not the fault of the animators who worked tirelessly to get this episode polished and ready, but the poor scheduling and time constraints set on the animators by the higher ups in charge at Mappa.
I sincerely hope Mappa can provide a healthier production schedule for the animators who work so hard to provide us with such ambitious levels of animation quality.
