- While there is no nudity in the film there are a few scenes where prostitutes are shown trying to get the attention of Cyrus. Many of the scenes with Harley feature her in a revealing outfit, but not to the point of being overly sexual.
Violence & Gore

- There is a gruesome scene where a man cuts a smile onto another man's face. This is on-screen and very brutal and graphic. He screams in pain before murdering the person who did it plus his goons.
- The violence in this film is there, that is for certain. Gunshots cause a reasonable amount of blood and there is also a scene later in the film that is rather graphic and may make some viewers uncomfortable.
Profanity

- Strong profanity throughout, many uses of the word "Fuck" and "Shit" among others. This is not a movie for children, the language alone would garner it an R rating.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There is a lot of drug use shown. The main character is shown in multiple scenes getting high off of drugs, and a lot of the movie revolves around drug trafficking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The movie is not very frightening for the most part, just dark and gritty. However, towards the end of the film it gets very intense very fast, this is very evident at the climax and end of the movie.
