Nathan risks becoming a sex offender in a stunt known as The Claw of Shame. Nathan trains for months to pull off a 90 second escape by picking the lock on a pair of handcuffs, in order to stop a robot from pulling his pants down, exposing himself to a group of children.
He trains with an escape master to pick the lock. He finds a company to build and program a robot that will pull down his pants. Before the main event, he hires a sports announcer to broadcast a play-by-play of the escape. He has an LAPD officer and lawyer present as well as the group of children. He makes a video call to his parents before his stunt. In the final seconds, he breaks free and pushes the button, saving himself from a lifetime of shame.
