Cora Jade losing to Lara was an odd decision. I guess they are holding back on Cora's title run, but that feels like a mistake. Keeping her in NXT for two years will kill her chances of success on the main roster when she does finally get there.
Tiffany Stratton is improving, but she is not ready for the NXT Title, the direction it looks like they're heading. What is the long-term plan for Roxanne Perez? I really have to wonder if they're booking her into a hole she cannot dig out of.
The episode was kind of boring and the endless Ilja/Dijak fighting is not hooking me at all. NXT Battleground needs to be the end of this.
