Slightly better, in the sense that Susan does eventually climb down and apologise to Sarah on realising she's misjudged her, but she's still fairly objectionable and it really is hard to see what it is that makes Karl want her back.Nicola Charles probably does the right thing in playing Sarah as polite and placid but it just makes her being the target of Susan's ire seem all the more unfair.
