If I'm being honest, the seventeenth episode of Chicago PD's tenth season ranks as probably my least favourite thus far, beginning with a robbery in a convenience store. Not exactly sure why, to be honest: it just didn't grab me from the outset, and I found it a slog to get through. There's one or two every season where my eyes start to glaze over. That said, Marina Squerciati's scenes were very good, as we have come to expect from her. The Burgess storylines this year, revolving around her PTSD from the shooting, have been strong, and the issues the fictional character is going through are, of course, present in the real world.
I'm surprised that we haven't seen a return to the Beck family storyline that was set up a few episodes back.
