Excellent show! How could something so simple and non violent and non offensive be so darn good!!!!

Yes I give this a solid 10 but I understand some will not like it as they need all the foul language and somebody getting there butt kicked but I think that if they show more show like this the world would be a better place and that's not why I'm saying this but this shows fits my personality and I'm totally weird.. Spoiled brat weird total professional weird but I love it.. Reminds me of Andy of Mayberry that I named 1 of my sons after... The characters are the best and fit perfectly and the drama is believable and yes I would bet my last dollar that coy has cancer .. That shorty did get that tattoo on his neck and his butt kicked in jail.. The teeth they don't have could be real but damn coy is a great fisherman while battling cancer ..

It's a great show and hope they bring it back for another couple seasons.. Rick stay in the game don't give up .. Gerry in gold river California Living the dream

This was the best reality show on the air! It had so many different storylines. It could've be made into a soap opera for Men! Similar shows are not even close to the entertainment and pulling you into the stories. It's never been shown in the UK, I found it online. A UK channel should pick this up show it.

Best show I have seen in 35 years.

This show was nothing like anything I had watched before. The people in it were the most caring & considerate people you could ever wish to meet. It touched on many topics but focused mainly on Rick Phillips of Phillips Swamp Seafood in Bayou Pigeon, Louisiana., a beautiful location surrounded by beautiful people, there's just nothing else like it on TV. If someone needed a helping hand they would be their in droves to assist, it wasn't no campy type show, it just focused on REAL people who's daily lives consisted of living off/around the swamp or just helping a friend out. One day it would be Gator fishing, next day "lets go & get some garfish" day after lets go on a hunting trip, it also touched on a tragic subject very close to my heart, you just never knew what was in store. The cast had a unique way of portraying themselves as imho every single cast member would have given you their right arm if you was in need of it & you could feel the REALNESS in their voices, from Rick who's such an admirable man to Clayton & Joney Daley who would help out the newer folk, but the WHOLE cast was amazing ALL of them, but a big mention to Coy Gomez. It was a pure wholesome family show that the whole family could enjoy, which is something that seems to be dying out as of recent to other "trashy" shows. When I watched this show it was like I was in paradise as mad as that sounds. Highly recommended especially if you're fed up of all the so called "reality" fighting/arguing or showing off how much money you have type shows. I could watch it 24/7
