Really coming of age for the 40's of us

Warning: Spoilers
When it came to late 90's family sitcom like yer Full House or Family Matters, there's lots subject that can be touch adding humor, but when it comes to awesome drama a la Mortensen Captain Fantastic or stick to The family legacy Cloony The Descendants, there's lots to say n laugh on how one single parent balances work, desires, n motherhood Here's my review: Camilla Cottin plays an excellent role as yer struggling mother balancing her life to been a single mother, the challenges she faces with Timothee from he's tantrums to he's drinking habits. To letting go to her both older sons, motherhood has sadness, the movie is not quite raising ye kids with philosophy a la Captain Fantastic, but is more how a parent fights n keeps it together to ve her children ok.

But then comes what the mother wants to do, that's really sold it waiting for that loan from the government, be denial yeah hurts.

Overall the story keeps good perspectives of been single n always ahead on the necessity of the youngling.

So conclude it felt like real life, in way how one mother has to do everything to keep the family together, remind of my grandmother that had 3 kids n 3 girls or my Donna had 1 boy n 5 girls bro that's lots. So give try family come first, in my case Is Asian reject bro comes annoying me.

You are not alone

As in literally - especially if you are the (lone) mother of 5 children/kids ... so no pun intended of course. The movie is able to depict and show us the struggle the mother and the kids have to go through. What a powerhouse central performance. I knew she is a great actress, but this goes ahead and shows it with full force.

The interactions and the dialog work like a charm. Just the way we get introduced to everyone ... amazing. While we do get glimpses of the kids (and they are not all alright, but don't play the blame game), the main focus remains the mother. I don't recall the father being brought up too many times. He is mentioned and the kids do want to have him in their life (some of them), but he is a side case ... he exists, but that is about it.

And it is good that the movie does not open up a new topic ... a new battlefield if you want to call it that. Great little movie that could ... and did ... if you like drama that feels (and is) real ... well what are you waiting for?
