Those 2 part episodes were a letdown. I heard that this episode didn't end on a great note and now I understand. They somehow made Team Rocket awful. It would have been much better if TR's faces weren't with ironic smile. Screw themselves! They're just don't explain why they want to rule Unova, they're just pretty generic villains and compared them to Team Plasma or Team Flare they're written by a 7 year old. It would have been much better if their clothes were black just like in the beginning.
You can skip those 2 part episodes. I don't that they're so bad but they're just mediocre. You don't need to watch this episode except if you're a Team Rocket fan with a CLOSED mind.
