I think it's pretty disrespectful to the premise of the show and to those auditioning when they turn instantly before hearing if they're any good. Some give up their jobs and take time away from their education to take this opportunity, which they can't get back. Camila in her first season, suggests bringing in an option to pick someone after not turning around based on their personality... Missing the entire point of the show, which shouldn't be hard to miss, being in the title. The episode's enjoyable enough, but I wouldn't say any performance stood out to me, Sadie probably the best of the bunch.
