A good, old-fashioned manhunt episode on Chicago PD, a second consecutive strong episode to start the tenth season.
Ruzek is giving evidence against a man who killed an elderly couple, a situation that drives a temporary wedge between himself and Burgess, right when Burgess is trying to decide whether to move herself and Makayla in with Ruzek. (At least there is some closure for that storyline in this episode).
Those decisions have to wait, as the man Ruzek was testifying against manages to break out of his handcuffs, overpower one guard and co-opt the other into driving the prison wagon. All is not as it seems as the hunt continues.
Strong performance from Patrick John Flueger in this episode. Same goes for Tracey Spiridakos who is in temporary charge of the unit whilst Halstead and Voight are mysteriously AWOL at the start of the episode. Upton is definitely unimpressed with her husband.
