Better than first, not as good as second

Warning: Spoilers
This one is still a huge improvement on the first one but not as good as Sydney's. The friends once again come to her house and act as housekeepers and baby sitters as Lauren begins her random art gallery. Where did she get the money from? She doesn't work! So her soon to be ex is funding everything? Left her this gigantic mansion? The house is so big that I can't believe Lauren would leave it to stay at the other friends houses that look like a dump compared to hers. The kid is cute, and I like how the push to have the leads back together stem from her wish rather than these random friends who know nothing about her life. The leads are out in situations that show their chemistry and misunderstandings. Some cliche moments but overall this was a good movie.

This was a complete miss for me, I would rather be at an inclusive gender neutral party.

It's ten years after the infamous new year's Eve when the love club was formed and Lauren and Peter's marriage is in trouble. Separated from Peter and on the verge of her life long dream of opening her own art gallery, Lauren needs the reinforcements of her friends...the three other members of the love club. They drop everything and swoop in to help Lauren save her marriage and rekindle the romance. The film reunites Sydney, Lauren, Tara and Nicole.

"Peter's always been my only one."-Lauren.

I love the concept of a group of friends helping each other out in the romance or any other department...but this story like the first was incredibly repetitive. The main character seemed indecisive and she just kept reiterating the same things. Hallmark needs to put more time into story development. They could also stand to spend less time on woke nonsense like...What kind of a young girl's party is a "inclusive gender neutral party"? And how many young girls are asking for that? This film would have been better with better dialogue and a better, tighter plot.

I'm afraid I can't really recommend this film...not even for set and costumes.
