Magda arrives at the Boskis' house. Tomek doesn't want to talk with her, so Kuba takes on the role of intermediary. Natalia and Ludwik's pleasant evening is disrupted by a visit from Tomek and Bolo, accompanied by the police.
Natalia once again catches Agata and Ludwik in an ambiguous situation. The Boskis go for a romantic dinner for two at an expensive restaurant. Marek accosts Maria, causing the evening to end with jokes about his shoes.
Natalia tries again to talk to her son about her split with Magda and the cancelled wedding. The Boski family's peaceful night is unexpectedly interrupted by their search for the source of an unpleasant smell wafting throughout the house.
Marek clumsily tries to show Kacper how to successfully talk to a woman. Natalia, Viola and Maria spend the evening at a club dancing and having drinks. They meet Bolo there in the company of young girls.
Help is hard to come by in the Boskis' garden, until a new neighbor shows up. Unfortunately, the boy takes the advice too literally driving his schoolmate to tears. Natalia panics, thinking that Ludwik has died.
Ludwik announces to his family that he is starting to run again. Kuba defends Kacper when he has a conflict with a colleague. Marek says he will do more push-ups than Tomek. Tomek comes home in the middle of the night completely drunk.
Zosia advises Marek to become independent in life. Natalia and Ludwik suspect that Kacper has fallen in love. Tomek is still not ready for a new relationship, meanwhile Magda shows up on his birthday.
Kacper arouses his parents' suspicions with his eagerness to learn. It turns out that Filip can quickly and effectively soothe a woman's sorrows. Ludwik comforts Tomek by remembering his first fiancée.
Tomek hides his brother from Paula. After dinner together, Viola suggests to Natalia that Ludwik is dating another woman. Boska worries that after the boys move out, she won't have anything to talk about with her husband.
Natalia is worried about becoming a grandmother prematurely. The trousers bought for Ludwik become the subject of a stormy discussion between the couple. Kuba is forced to choose between Agata and Paula.
At dinner it turns out that Marek has a new partner. The next day, a boxing sparring match is held at the Boski home. Marek wants to show the boys how a real fight should look like, of course he gets knocked out himself.
Natalia is annoyed that Ludwik continues to grovel before his boss. Magda visits the Boskis' house again. Appalled, Natalia and Ludwik comment on the girl's behavior too loudly.
Ludwik wants to throw out of the album the picture of Tomek's first date with Magda, to which his son does not agree. Kacper blames his parents for buying him a console, because of which he has to study for a class at night.
The Boskis go to Kaszuby. The family takes advantage of the beauty of nature and goes mushroom picking and in the evening has a bonfire. At night, a search takes place for Boska, who has unexpectedly gone missing.
Kacper wakes up his parents and says there is a rat in the house. Ludwik takes Natalia out to a pub with Polish food, but his wife does not particularly like this idea. During dinner Viola announces that she saw Magda at the gallery.
Natalia orders a ban on drinking alcohol at home, but Viola and Maria come for an unexpected visit. The couple tries to explain the objects that Zosia and Kacper found under their bed.
The household is eating the cake that Kacper bought Zosia for her birthday. There is a family deliberation at home about failed Christmas gifts. During Christmas Eve dinner, Marek gets up from the table to announce something.
