Even if it's just for a limited time, Doritos needs to bring Hotel 626 back from the dead. This was incredibly well-made and a pretty groundbreaking piece of promotion... I can't think of any other snack food brands that have created a fully playable game of this magnitude as advertising. Not only that, but if you had a webcam, your photo was taken and featured in one of the game's levels. At one point in the game, if you submitted your phone number, a mysterious stranger would call you and give you directions to navigate the labyrinthine hallways in the game. This made the experience feel so much more... real? You weren't just looking at a screen, now the game was reaching out. Contacting you directly. It was magnificent, cool, and there was nothing like it. If anyone at Doritos is reading this, I implore you, PLEASE bring this back. There's somewhat of a cult following that misses this game.
