There are some very funny moments in this episode if you can look past the 80s teen actress herself. She's Almost as I bad as the Cholera Lady from the basement. Hetty's reaction to the U2 Group at the end is too funny. Nice to see Sam dressed up, Alexa aspect with Berta brings a nice twist.

Sweet But Very Unappealing Guest

This was a sweet episode except the new 80s girl was truly the most unappealing actress. Casting mistake on epic scale. Yes, everything about her was typical late 80s. But, her gum chewing was a major distraction and gross.
Good episode, but sucked to own an Alexa device

Good episode. Not my favorite, but pretty good. I think it rated a bit lower for me because the teenager was just too convincingly nasty. And the edge took the shows charm away for the first half of the show.
However, the deliberate overuse of "Alexa" in the show pushed me off. Not sure if it was amazons way of being annoying on purpose for advertising.
It was so bad and non ending I regret having an Alexa and had to turn it off. I hope this cheap stunt does not continue. They could have at least used the other name Alexa can be used (but no one does)

Great Choices

That 80's girl ghost from 1987 rocked.
If you'd been there, then, that mean girl attitude was a thing. And this actress crushed it. She was the late-80s. You could almost hear the hair bands cranking their amplifiers up to 11.
And a BTW -- That U2 concert at Red Rocks on June 5 1983 was made into a film. It is so worth checking out. Great music and crazy stuff.

Funny New Ghost

Warning: Spoilers
I like Stephanie, the 80's prom ghost. Props to Sam for being a class act and throwing her a prom, even after being pranked. Would be hilarious if Stephanie appears once every season as she only wakes up once a year.
Another new face.

Mean girl ghost Stephanie wakes up from her slumber, and announces a Ghost prom, taking an instant dislike to Samantha, Stephanie sets up a cruel prank relating to Sam's past.
This first series is really hitting up as it heads towards its climax, these last few episodes have been fantastic, this was so different.
Nice for us to get a Samantha storyline, despite arguably being the central character, we don't know much about her past, but this was enlightening, a sad story.
Stephanie, I know she was a mean girl, but I thought she was awesome, so far, apart from Hettie's husband, all of the ghosts have been quite well behaved, was nice to
Jay's gesture, loved that scene, this was just so good.
9/10.
