I love this show, hate to see it go.

You hate to root for the bad guys, but let's face it, almost everyone in this show is bad.

So the question is

Who will go to prison?

Who will get away?

Who will die?

I think there will be some of each.

Not many episodes left.

Incognito

Well, this was certainly another wild episode, and much more blunt than past ones. It got violent fast, and it is good to see shows on basic cable with a little bit of edge.

Action. Mystery. Romance. Just Right. Not too little, Not too much.

Action. Mystery. Romance. Not too little, Not too much. Just the right amount with great lead-ups to the remaining episodes. One of my favorite episodes on tv. I could almost see the whole empire getting taken down by the detective or the whole family getting away but having to start over. Either it's setting up nicely.

More Time Spent with the Dead, Than the Living.

Warning: Spoilers
The past timeline and present timeline continue to clash, and the past is winning and that's not a good thing. The writers are more committed to the storylines of Young Smurf, teen Baz, teen Julia (all dead now) and Young Pope than the actual present-day storylines. I put this to the test last night by fast-forwarding through Animal Kingdom, the yesteryears, and there was barely any show left. There's a forced, random baby kidnapping story to force Deran and Craig to hug and make up. Pope (Shawn Hatosy) and J (Finn Cole) continue to be the best actors on the show and keep things somewhat interesting. Animal Kingdom showrunners should have treated their loyal Day 1 fans better than this. Why not just make a prequel series? You are showing us things you've already told us about past characters through script.
