A Really Sweet Love Story With Two Great Leads

I have enjoyed Donna Benedicto in all her sidekick rolls in these romance type movies. In " Farmer " she is the lead actor and I hope she gets the leads from now on. Donna is a real beauty, I could not look away. She is stunning here ! Very believable in the role of the TV producer. Very well acted. And of course there is Jesse Hutch. He like Andrew Walker are great in any movie they are in. If I see a movie and I see Jesse Hutch as one of the actors, count me in for a watch. Just a solid actor who is very likable as the " Farmer ". The movie title is corny, but the acting is not. Romance movies are a crap shoot, some I watch for 15 minutes and can't take anymore. This one flew by and I really enjoyed it and you will too.

Beautifully romantic

I love this movie! The two leads have fantastic chemistry, and the secondary characters are very good. Of course you know how this will end, but it was very entertaining getting there! There is no big misunderstanding as in most of these films. That was refreshing. I hope the leads work together again! Jesse Hutch has always been great, but this is the 1st time I've seen Donna Benedicto. She is also fantastic.

Love the down home connection

Really liked the connection of the two and love Donna Benedicto. Great she got the leading spot. She usually gets supporting roles and she deserves the lead roles more often. Very believable and natural. I also liked the setting of the movie.

Jesse Hutch also fit the farmer look.

I also wish folks who pan these hallmark type movies would just watch something else. You know beforehand what the general tenor of the movie will be.

They are made for a viewer who likes the story lines even if they are somewhat predictable.

Comfort movies that you can watch with any age younger viewers. My granddaughter and I can enjoy our time together.

I thought they had great chemistry and their interactions were more believable than a lot of homework movie switcher overdone and look fake. Jesse is always played characters that are strong but not a lot of words but when he does say something they mean a lot. His character of Jo was spot-on. Clarence reaction to how giving he was to her was spot-on as well. The ending was awkward I will give you that it was a little bit like they weren't sure what they were doing other than that I thought it was great.

No chemistry

The characters Joe and Claire are awkward and clearly have zero chemistry. It doesn't improve even as the movie progresses. You can tell that every interaction is forced. I lost track of how many fake smiles were exchanged between the 2 of them. Seriously, make sure your main characters click! Such a boring movie despite the interesting plot.

Donna Benedicto

I was clicking through Tubi and found a picture of Donna Benedicto ( Claire), and because of her I put on Farmer Seeking Love. To be honest, I had never heard of her before, but she just surpassed Aishwarua Rai, Merle Oberon, and Nancy Kwan as the hottest Asian actress I have ever seen. Let me say, I am not a fan of chick flicks and especially Hallmark stuff, but she is that beautiful she drew me in. The problem with this movie is it is entirely predictable. Claire had the idea of putting Farmer Joe on a reality dating show, where he would choose one of 25 women for his mate. Spoilers ahead: You knew in the end, he was not going on that reality show, and it was going to be his friend Calvin taking his place. Why? As Joe said: " When I found the right one, I'm going to fight for her." That one was Claire, and as he said "I've been falling for you since the first time I saw you." Anyway, I give it 5/10 stars. All for looking at Donna Benedicto.
