It's not necessarily a good idea to have Harry saying the street isn't as good as it used to be when most of the audience are thinking the same.He and Kate remain some of the more likable characters in the show and it's good to get a little bonding moment between him and Declan.
Toadie, thankfully, decides he's not going to become a scumbag lawyer. Tim, who normally is a scumbag lawyer, acts like a nice guy, although jury's out on whether he wants to help Declan or just get one over on Toadie and Steph.Steph's defence probably won't stand up in court and Dan, for some reason, seems to be hiding the evidence that could clear her.Declan makes pretensions towards acting like a human being but unfortunately he still doesn't seem to get it.
