The episode begins with a man, standing in the light of some car headlights. Out of the woods comes a man who bludgeons him to death with a large object. Cut to a tech company run by a casino, where bored people labor, zombielike. We meet the murderer right from the beginning and watch what happens to him. In the mix is a loose cannon tech genius who treats people like sheep. This has a really fun conclusion.

During the night, a man kills another man and a hiker finds the body in the morning. The CSIs investigate the crime scene and the viewer see his killer, Paulie Krill, normally working in his cubicle. The team proceeds the investigation and Catherine finds the victim's ID, Jason Deveraux, scanning a chip implanted in his arm. Greg and Nick find his apartment open, trashed and with all the electronics stolen and his truck also open, with the key in the ignition and completely clean. Now. Brass, Nick and Langston will investigate his office and cubicle.
"Working Stiffs" is an episode of "CSI" with a different structure, since the viewer knows from the beginning who the killer is. Along the plot, there are many flashbacks to explain the relationship of Paulie and Jason, until the disclosure of their motives in the very ending. My vote is seven.
