When Willows and Doc Robbins are discussing the implantable RFID chip, Doc Robbins states he knows what it is because they are used to track inventory at Wal-Mart. He then goes onto to say that unless the 13th Amendment had been repealed, the victim wasn't "inventory." The 13th Amendment abolished slavery, making people of color, people not property or "inventory" as in Doc Robbins analogy.
At one point Jason Devereaux says to Paulie Krill "There's an app for that". This is an Apple catchphrase first used January 29, 2009 and that Apple actually filed to trademark in December of that same year. It became so popular that it permeated pop culture and has been repurposed and parodied so much, that Apple decided it was in their best interest to trademark it.
When Jason Devereau is first explaining the RFID chips to the office staff, Pauli's Krill walks up, and reports that, "I have the TPS" (reports). The TPS reference is likely a nod to the film Office Space, which lampoons life in a corporate bullpen environment.
When Doc Robbins says the victim has multiple BFTs on his head and back, this stands for Blunt Force Traumas.
