Blown away at how fun and creative this episode was! The ending was unexpected but also heart warming and I got the feels watching these uber-nerds rejoice in their LARPing.

Extraordinary episode

Mythic quest stepped up in this episode. This is my favourite episode of the show so far - I am utterly speechless. The final scene was possibly one of the most wonderfully spectacular and beautifully metaphorical scenes that I have ever seen come out of a TV show. This is how you make a comeback. Watch this episode. You will not regret it. Light, darkness, good, evil, all of that. It's spectacularly handled in what I can confidently call a masterpiece. Every actor stepped up their performances. If the series continues to go on like this - it is my hope the show will go down in television history as wonderfully unique, delightfully comedic and just extraordinary. Thank you Mythic Quest.
What a great episode

How the heck these guys manage to embrace their characters never fails to amaze. I've met larpers in real life and often find their confidence to embrace role play especially in portraying characters from medieval times to be an awesome ability and so my hat goes off to those professionals who pick up the mantle and, allow ordinary folks like me the opportunity to escape from reality and zone out for a short spell through tv shows like this is highly addictive entertainment.
Hopefully, larpers appreciate how much time and effort is applied to immersive persona characters that observers like me tend to notice so in this instance having met larpers in real life not only do us viewers get the opportunity to see actors perform the ongoing tv characters development on screen but a further backdrop is encased in this episode wherein the actors embody the spirit of a portrayal of everyday people drawn together through workspace in order to earn a living whilst at the same time adopting the roles of characters whose enjoyable portrayal of a larpers antics, would perhaps be their way of relaxation and downtime from the everyday stresses of work and whatever life throws their way.
For me personally I found this episode to be enjoyable and entertaining. Looking forward to season two that's shortly due to be screened and as alway sign off wishes of good health to all the people involved in the creation of a show I may have accidentally stumbled upon but seems, like many others, to have become enthralled with viewing. Keep well and keep safe and thanks for providing some well needed light hearted entertainment.

I loved the DQD and Quarantine episodes so much and didn't expect another Very Special Episode in season 1, but Everlight made me cry. It was so well constructed, everything set up perfectly for the final battle. It got me right in the feels. Thank you.
Wonderful storytelling

Amazing. Loved it. I'd say maybe a little less character interaction than I thought but maybe that's just me. But I loved it. Anthony freaking Hopkins?! That's AMAZING. Such a great narrative of the event and then giving us something we would never expect, live action mythic quest battle?! Amazing.
This feels like an episode of community

And I'm all for it. This episode was so much fun and I can't wait for season 2! Well done writers! Also CGI was really good in a lot of places. In my episode ranking, this would go between Dinner party and Non-player character.
I found that rather stupid

When I saw there's a new surprise episode before the new season starts I was happy and excited to watch it immediately but I don't get all the good reviews. It's not funny and feels over all very forced and desperate.
Let's hope the coming season has something more to offer than this.

A love letter to fantasy.

This was a really beautiful episode. Really uplifting, masterfully told story that was truly a joy to watch. You could see how much love and care went into it, and the characters' hope was infectious. Fantastic episode that felt like an incredible fantasy movie and left me feeling warm fuzzies.
Close enough to perfect

The intro is great

But that's about it. The rest is pure cringe unfunny bs. Anthony Hopkins narrating the beginning was the best part of the episode, those 2 minutes were beautiful. And then it gets as cringe as it could possibly get, not even the biggest nerds would find it funny. Very silly pointless episode. Hopefully season 2 will be nothing like it, otherwise just please go back to focusing on Always Sunny only guys.
