This season has been great but this is where things are gonna pick up. One of the best episodes of the whole show.

Rollercoaster of an episode
lamjam20 February 2021
Beastars is one of those shows that, by all intents and purposes, should have been a disaster: a fully CG 3D anime about anthropomorphised animals. Yet, this episode confirms for those watching that, somehow, Studio Orange has managed to pull it off. A rollercoaster from start to finish, going from calm to tense to moving and impactful moments with ease and a bucketload of style. Orange once again demonstrates their mastery of current CG anime technology in some of the most visually striking moments of the show so far, and characteristically good direction and writing. 'Unforgettable Sweetness' is the best episode of the show so far, and I, for one, can't wait to see where this rollercoaster heads next.

Fantastic

This episode had me on my seat from beginning to end, Beastars is so diverse and unique in the world they created where you will se the struggles of a species and how they need to cope in order to fit in a civil society, were the carnivores live against their nature.

Having extra strength to hurt someone as terribly is not something human we can normally relate to, but causing pain or hurting someone you like is, and Beastar takes these emotions we know and gives them a twist.

Best episode so far.

This is really good but has minor problems.

Warning: Spoilers
So the reveal of Rias being the killer is fine, I really like that and his story through it. But my biggest issue is the fact they changed how it went with tem and him. First episode no mercy he's dead, and this episode he hugs then kills? What? Other then that, pretty good. 8.3/10.
