Christian is suffering mentally, and missing the affection and support of Bianca, the latter is recognised by an Officer.
It's doing what it's meant to be doing, as the penultimate episode, the first half of the episode lacks any punch, but the tension builds with the birthday party, it lays the groundwork for what's hopefully a big finale.
I am liking the intensity of the relationship between mother and son, she is conflicted by her love for him as a mother, and her interests as a Detective.
The Mimicas really are a family to be reckoned with, bad eggs the lot of them. Why on Earth does Bianca have such an R. P. accent, when all of her family have definite Baltic twangs, it's curious. As a family though, they know how to party in style.
A few clichés, but overall, it's a good watch, 7/10.
