Mac and Stella are having coffee at an outdoor cafe when a big bird in the sky drops something into Stella's drink. It's an eyeball! (Only on TV!!) The bird was a vulture, and in almost no time the CSI figures out who the eye belongs (once again, only on TV!).
Anyway, you have to give the writers props for originality. The victim was buried on his high-rise balcony and vultures sniffed out the body from above and tore it apart.
From there, the gang has to figure out what in the heck is going on and, most importantly, who killed this man. It gets involved as it is part of a big real-estate scam. This crime is hard to figure out until near the end.
Overall, another interesting episode, especially that eye-opening beginning!
