Apparently this is merely a nightmare sequence from the live-action movie "To Dust", which I haven't seen yet.
Honestly, just by watching this sequence alone, I was expecting said movie to be something much more darker, since it totally feels as something straight out from a horror movie instead of a comedy.
That being said, it is also at the same a beautifully haunting sequence, perfectly capturing the eerie vibe of a vivid nightmare.
