The premise is buy an old car, restore and sell for a profit, standard stuff.
Paul deserves a medal putting up with Pritchard, no idea what goes on behind the scenes. The funniest part is where Pritchard goes to a specialist retrimmer for and then gets quoted a ridiculous amount, ( £16000 to retrim the cloth interior of a 2 seater lotus !!) then he says, yes no problem, without thinking he has been stitched up. The specialists must be rubbing their hands with glee when he turns up. As with most car restorations, you never get your money back, but its entertaining to watch the work. It's always a bit light on the actual work that goes on so I imagine the cars still be need endless spending into the future. I am sure I saw the oil burning MGC puffing out smoke on the road test, that despite shiny bodywork, this suggests more bills.
