I am absolutely a huge fan of the paranormal and horror. However, as a mental health professional, I draw the line at the very intense and vivid experiences of a woman (TW Suicide/self injurious behavior) cutting her wrists and then claiming a woman in a bath tub was possessed and felt those feelings. Experiences like that are very real for attempted suicide survivors and to put it in a paranormal show in this way feels incredibly disrespectful. Regardless, the episode needs a trigger warning as well. I do not recommend and I think that travel should highly consider the type of content they put out regarding mental health concepts.
