"It's like watching a car crash. How can you not look?"

Warning: Spoilers
Irene's right when she says this is the end of an era.Not only is Matilda the last of the once sprawling Hunter clan, she's also one of the show's longest-serving cast members and the last survivors of a much diminished generation. We'll be losing another member of the Class of '07 in a couple of weeks, leaving us with a largely unfamiliar class.Interesting that Kirsty doesn't show up to say farewell and isn't even mentioned-their relationship really does seem to have been completely forgotten.Instead Aden's there, even though Matilda doesn't like him.And stands around chatting to Irene and Tony, who don't like him either.

That close-up of Ric's keys and mobile which just screams "Ric's going to get locked in the store room" is horribly cheesy and I'm not convinced he couldn't have bust out of there if he tried.Still, it's his own fault for sulking in the first place.

The friendship between Axel and Jai continues to come across as genuine, even if they are completely off the rails by this point. The relationship between Belle and Aden is dealt with better than it has been;Belle seems uncomfortable being with him in front of her friends, who think it's a bad idea but accept it's her mistake to make.Ruby is particularly good here, doing a running commentary on everyone's relationship.

Aden really needs to learn some diplomacy though, as his insecurities send Larry over the edge. The ending screams "imminent disaster" but at the end we genuinely don't know exactly what Larry has done.Nice hook for next episode...
