This second episode could have easily been penned by Francis Durbridge, it felt more in his style then that of Bird, it felt like a real tangled mystery, with unexplained events, and people disappearing etc, it was an episode I was totally absorbed in.
I'm perplexed and fascinated by the characters, particularly the charismatic barman Charalambos, and the extraordinarily beautiful Helene.
Once again, it benefits greatly from being shot on site, not in a studio, it looks fabulous, I enjoyed the music.
What's in store for poor David?
