Sweet and Cute

Recommendation ============= Overall it's an enjoyable friends-to-lovers story. If you are ok with young adults acting like silly young adults please watch it. It is cute and sweet and a bit different.

The Good ========= The story is pretty believable. Nothing really weird and tragic (e.g. Kidnappings, murders, etc) happens. There are only believable family issues. Even the fact the ML is super good at archery is plausible.

I accepted, after the first couple of episodes, that the kids were goofballs who were a bit immature. They matured over the series, in a believable way, but stayed true to themselves. I liked that.

The FL did not act in a very feminine way, but that is reality. Not everyone in this world is elegant and classy as most Asian dramas like to portray women. I liked seeing this type of uncommon character. And Song Yi-Ren pulled it off very well.

The ML (Zhang Yao) also fulfilled his role really well, as the more serious and mature partner. But he was willing to accept the FL as she was. Big points for him!

Sub-Optimal =========== At first I was a bit dubious about the acting. It smoothed out over the series, however.

There were times I felt a bit old watching this. :-)

There is a lack of communication trope that is annoying. Why why why don't they just talk about their issues from the get go rather than waiting for things to blow up.

The other trope is one of the leads having to go overseas for some reason. Let's give this plot divide a rest as well.
